Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds for Billslash Reach subscriptions and one-time add-ons.

1. Free Trial

New accounts include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed in advance. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal and have not used the service materially, we will issue a full refund on request. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but cancellation stops the next renewal.

4. One-Time Add-Ons

One-time purchases (extra credits, add-on bundles, professional services) are non-refundable once delivered or consumed.

5. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error — duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, or charge for a service you did not authorize — contact us within 60 days and we will refund the disputed amount in full.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@billslash.app from the email on your account. Include the charge date, last 4 digits of the card, and the reason. We respond within 3 business days.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your jurisdiction (for example, EU/UK statutory cooling-off rights for consumer purchases).

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
