Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and how to exercise them with Billslash, Inc.
1. We do not sell your personal information
Billslash does not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad networks.
2. Categories of information we collect
See our Privacy Policy for the full list, which includes identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation (approximate, IP-based), and professional information.
3. Your California rights
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we already do not sell or share, but you may confirm this preference using the form below).
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
4. How to submit a request
Submit any of the requests above by one of the following methods:
- Email: privacy@billslash.app with subject line "CCPA Request".
- Mail: Billslash, Inc., Attn: Privacy, 2261 Market Street #4854, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA.
We verify identity using the email address associated with your account and (where necessary) additional information you provide. We respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension allowed by law.
5. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require written, signed authorization and may verify identity directly with you.
6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out preference signal. When detected, we treat the visiting browser as having opted out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
