E-SIGN Electronic Communications Consent

By creating an account, accepting our agreements, or otherwise using Billslash Reach (the "Service"), you consent under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act") and equivalent state laws to receive all communications, disclosures, agreements, notices, and records from Billslash, Inc. ("Billslash") in electronic form.

1. Scope of your consent

Your consent applies to all communications related to the Service, including:

• Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Acceptable Use Policy, and other agreements and amendments.
• Invoices, receipts, payment authorizations, refund notices, and other billing records.
• Tax records and forms (where electronic delivery is permitted by law).
• Disclosures, notices, statements, and policies required by applicable federal or state law.
• Security notices, breach notifications, and service announcements.
• Customer support and account communications.
• Records of consent, including this one.

2. How we deliver electronic communications

We deliver electronic communications by one or more of the following methods:

• Email to the address associated with your account;
• In-app notifications, banners, or messages;
• Posting to your account or to our website (with notice that posting has occurred);
• SMS where you have specifically opted in.

3. Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain electronic communications you need:

• A device with internet access and a current version of a major browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge);
• An active email account capable of receiving HTML email;
• The ability to view and save PDF documents;
• Enough storage to save communications or a printer to print them.

If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you will not be able to receive communications, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to withdraw consent without penalty.

4. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic communication free of charge for up to 12 months after delivery by emailing legal@billslash.app with the date and subject of the communication.

5. Updating your contact information

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current in your account. Update it in Settings → Account, or contact support@billslash.app.

6. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive future electronic communications at any time by emailing legal@billslash.app with the subject "Withdraw E-SIGN Consent". Withdrawal does not affect the legal validity of communications delivered before we receive your withdrawal. Because the Service is delivered electronically, withdrawing consent will result in termination of your account.

7. Your consent

By clicking "I agree," creating an account, or continuing to use the Service after the effective date above, you confirm that:

• you can access this disclosure and retain it for your records;
• you meet the hardware and software requirements above;
• you consent to receive all communications described in §1 electronically; and
• your electronic signature (including clicking an "I agree" button, typing your name, or continued use of the Service) has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
