- Reach is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind.
- We do not guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, or reply rates.
- You're responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other laws.
- Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.
1. Service "As-Is"
The Reach platform and all related services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
2. Deliverability Disclaimer
Billslash makes no representations or warranties regarding email deliverability, inbox placement, open rates, reply rates, or any other performance metric. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your sending domain reputation, message content, recipient mail providers, list quality, and individual recipient engagement. Tools such as warmup, rotation, and AI suggestions are best-effort aids and not guarantees.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billslash and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
4. Compliance With Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Reach complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and any other applicable telecommunications, privacy, or consumer-protection laws. You agree to honor unsubscribe requests promptly, identify yourself accurately, and only contact recipients with a valid basis to do so.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Reach to send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, harvest data unlawfully, impersonate others, or harass any person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or that materially harm our sending infrastructure or reputation.
6. Add-Ons & SSO
Add-ons (extra mailboxes, dialer, LinkedIn channel, SSO, advanced AI, additional seats) are billed monthly in addition to your base plan and may be cancelled at any time. Single Sign-On (SSO) is offered as an additional security feature and is not included in base plans. Enabling SSO does not remove your responsibility to manage account access and revoke credentials in a timely manner.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
